What happens at Monza Road

This is a manufacturing site rather than a warehouse, and the work that decides how a machine performs over its service life is done here.

  • Chamber and frame fabrication, including lean duplex LDX 2101 chambers
  • Control panel design, assembly and factory testing in house
  • Pressure equipment documentation prepared to SANS 347 and PER requirements
  • Spares inventory held on site, with same day dispatch on stocked lines
  • Scheduled maintenance and breakdown cover for Western Cape installations

Engineers on the road from here

Installations are commissioned by our own engineers rather than a subcontracted crew, and the same team returns for planned maintenance, so the person who services a machine is usually the person who installed it. Client sites are visited on a schedule that suits the facility, not the supplier.

  • Commissioning, operator training and handover on site
  • Planned maintenance visits on an agreed schedule
  • Breakdown response from the Killarney Gardens base
  • Validation and revalidation support after a repair
  • Remote diagnosis before an engineer is committed to a trip

Service reach across South Africa

Installation, commissioning, planned maintenance and breakdown cover are delivered nationwide by our own engineers, dispatched from two bases: the factory in Cape Town and the branch in Midrand.

Provinces covered
  • Gauteng
  • Western Cape
  • KwaZulu-Natal
  • Eastern Cape
  • Free State
  • Mpumalanga
  • Limpopo
  • North West
  • Northern Cape

Dispatched from this base: Cape Town, the West Coast, the Boland, the Overberg and the Garden Route.

The mobile technical fleet also responds into Namibia and Lesotho, and same day part support covers stocked lines nationwide.

Also on the ground

Gauteng

The Kyalami branch holds regional spares and houses the Gauteng technical team, so equipment in Johannesburg and Pretoria is attended by engineers who are already in the province, as part of a national service network that covers South Africa from two bases.

Request a Quote
Where is the equipment manufactured?

We engineer, fabricate and certify autoclaves and steam sterilizers at our manufacturing facility in Cape Town, then install, validate and support them for their working life.

Do your own engineers install and commission the equipment?

Installation and commissioning are part of the quotation, and our own engineers carry them out.

Can a fault be diagnosed without a site visit?

RDS autoclaves include wireless fault finding, which lets our technicians diagnose problems remotely and often removes the need for a call-out.
