For most of our competitors the value chain ends after the supply and installation, but as part of our commitment to building lasting value driven relationships with our customers, we place a high priority on the training of technical staff to ensure that we are able to provide technical support on the most advanced forms of sterilization and disinfection equipment.
Our Technical Services
Maintenance & Servicing
We have a number of mobile back up service teams which are constantly responding to break-downs or performing planned maintenance and servicing on equipment.
Medical Gas Installations
We do medical gas installations, service oxygen and vacuum plants, as well as service existing medical gas outlet points and pipe lines.
After Hours Emergency Service
We offer an after hours emergency service where a technician will be available in an emergency situation to attend to breakdowns.
Backup Services
We have a backup service for all equipment we supply, technicians are all trained in-house and obtain factory training from the manufacturer of the equipment we supply.
