AWD655-10-LAB
The AWD655-10-LAB is a freestanding glassware washer for laboratories washing large volumes of glassware every day, fitted with a manual double-tempered glass flap door. Its chamber holds 4 independent washing levels — removable when you need room for large items — sized at 265 l. A filtered, electrically heated forced-air system dries the chamber and flushes hollow glassware, so beakers, flasks and pipettes come out spotless and ready to use. Washing and thermal disinfection follow EN ISO 15883, with a printable record of every cycle for your lab's compliance file.
4 independent levels: upper levels lift out, so oversized items like carboys and bottles wash alongside everyday glassware.
Forced-air drying: filtered, heated air flushes the chamber and hollow glassware — no water spots, no towel-drying.
Validated disinfection: A0-value thermal disinfection with full ISO 15883 cycle documentation on every run.
Easy loading: special manual transport trolleys move loaded racks straight from the bench to the chamber.
Accessory range: injector trolleys, nozzle sets and baskets cover beakers, flasks, burettes, pipettes and narrow-neck glassware.

Questions about AT-OS AWD655-10 Glassware Washers
The three questions this unit raises most often. The full FAQ covers ordering, lead times, installation, validation, servicing, spares and guarantees.
Request a QuoteDo you supply laboratory and dental customers?
Dental practices typically specify a benchtop autoclave, an ultrasonic cleaner and a drying or storage station. Laboratories specify glassware washers, autoclaves for media and waste, and ultrasonic baths for narrow-necked glass and instrument-like geometry.
Do you perform validation?
We perform calibration and statutory performance validation on sterilizers and washer-disinfectors. The records are prepared so they hold up to SANS and Department of Health scrutiny. Our article on IQ, OQ and PQ explains what each stage proves.
Who carries out the installation?
Installation and commissioning are part of the quotation, and our own engineers carry them out.
